সমস্তদিনের শেষে গান এলে
রক্ত ছলকে ওঠে ঢেউ
এক-একটা ঢেউ ক্রমশ ভাসিয়ে নেয়… হলুদ বিকেল…পোড়া বাঁশি….
আর আমার কিশোরী মায়ের স্বরলিপির ছেঁড়া খাতা

দিগন্ত পেরিয়ে যখন গান আসে
একটু- একটু ভিজতে থাকি আমি
ভিজে যায় সংকীর্ণ সাঁকো,মৃতগাছ

ঈশ্বরীর প্রতি

শুনছো?
পালক ঝরছে
ধোঁয়া-ওঠা তপ্ত সাদাভাতের মতো
শুশ্রুষাময় পালক ঝরে পড়ছে হেমন্তভোরে।

কেউ কি অাসবে?
কালো চিতার মতো রোমশ অন্ধকার ক্রমশ গিলে নিচ্ছে আমাদের ঘিলু। মৃত্যুর মতো হিম প্রতিবশী চাঁদ জেগে সারারাত। সমস্ত শরীর জুড়ে আমাদের শোনিত প্রপাত। আমাদের সব পথ গেছে বেঁকে।

ঈশ্বরী,
জাগো!
ক্রমশ হলুদ হয়ে অাসা পৃথিবীতে
মুছে যাচ্ছে নীলনদ!
জ্বরে পুড়ে যাচ্ছে ইভের ঠোঁট।
সমস্ত রাত তোমার স্তনবৃন্তে জমিয়েছি যে শিশির,তার মাতৃত্বে জেগে ওঠো।
হে ঈশ্বরী,
আমাদের রক্তে পুনরায় পাঠাও বুদ্ধের সন্ন্যাস।

চাঁদের অশ্রু

ধানক্ষেতে পড়ে আছে আধখাওয়া চাঁদ
দু’একটা দিকভ্রষ্ট ইঁদুর ঠুকরে খায় চাঁদের সে
ছিন্ন ভিন্ন দেহ। মাঠ জুড়ে কার যেন কান্না ওঠে। অস্ফূট কান্নায় চমকে ওঠে শিকারী শেয়াল।

কিছু দূরে কৃষাণ-কৃষাণীর ঘর।
গেরস্থালি সামলে একটু রাতে
তামাক সেজে কৃষাণের পাশে বসে কৃষানী;
‘ইবার লবান্ন হবেক লাই রে ?’
‘চুপ কর্ মানী! ইবার অাসমানে চাদ লাই।
চাদ পড়ি আছে জমিনে।’
অশনি-সংকেতে কপালে আঙুল ছোঁয়ায় কৃষাণী
‘শুনলেম ও পাড়ার মতির বিটি পেঠ খসাইছে।সাঁঝ থেইখ্যা খপর লাই।’
‘হ..মুই শুনছি তারেক ব্যাটার কাম’

অন্ধকার ঠেলে ধানক্ষেতে এরপর
হালকা অালোর রেখা দেখা যায়।
সে অালোর বৃত্ত জুড়ে এক কুমারী মা
তার সদ্যজাত শিশুকে স্তনদিয়ে চাঁদের
আধখাওয়া দেহের উপর ঘুমিয়ে পড়েছে।
তার কপাল বেয়ে শিশিরের মতো নিঃশব্দে ঝরে পড়ছে রক্তমাখা ঘাম,চাঁদের অশ্রু।
