জন্ম ১৯২৭ সালের ১৬ অক্টোবর

গুন্টার গ্রাসের, পুরো নাম গুন্টার ভিলহেম গ্রাস। বিশ্বব্যাপী গুন্টার গ্রাস নামে সমধিক পরিচিত। একই সঙ্গে তিনি ছিলেন ঔপন্যাসিক, কবি, প্রাবন্ধিক, নাট্যকার, ভাস্কর ও চিত্রশিল্পী।‘টিনড্রাম’ উপন্যাসের জন্য ১৯৯৯ সালে সাহিত্যে নোবেল পুরস্কার পান তিনি। ১৯২৭ সালের ১৬ অক্টোবর জার্মানির ডানজিগে গুন্টার গ্রাস জন্মগ্রহণ করেন। তিনি  ২০১৫ সালের ১৩ এপ্রিল, জার্মানির লুবেকে ৮৭ বছর বয়সে মারা যান।
