কোনো মেয়ের সঙ্গে শেয়ারে রিকসায় ওঠার অভিজ্ঞতা এই প্রথম ইরফানের।

নীতুর সঙ্গে যখন ওর প্রথম দেখা হয় তখন সময়টা ছিল বড় অদ্ভুৎ। অদ্ভুৎ এবং অন্যরকম। সন্ধ্যা উৎরে গেছে। আকাশে কালো করে মেঘ জমেছে। থেমে থেমে বিদ্যুৎ চমকাচ্ছে। শ্যামলী থেকে বাসে করে ফিরছিল সে। ফার্মগেট পেরুনোর আগেই তিরতিরিয়ে বৃষ্টি নামলো। নাগরিক বৃষ্টি এমনকিছু খারাপ নয়, ইরফানের ভালোই লাগে। কিন্তু সন্ধ্যার অন্ধকারে, বাড়ি ফেরার মুহূর্তে এমন আচানক বৃষ্টি মুগ্ধতা জাগায় না, অনিশ্চয়তা তৈরি করে। বাংলামোটর মোড়ে বাস থেকে নামতেই বৃষ্টিটা ধরে এলো। অন্যদিন এখানে মগবাজারমুখি অজস্র রিকসা দাঁড়িয়ে থাকে এবং মামা আসেন বলে অস্থির করে তোলে। আজ রিকসা প্রায় নেই, যা-দু-একটা আছে, দূরের খ্যাপ ছাড়া কেউ যাবে না। রুমালের পাতলা আবরণে নিজেকে ঢাকার ব্যর্থ চেষ্টা করে সে। কিন্তু বৃষ্টির দাপট থেকে নিজেকে আলগা করতে পারে না। কী করা যায়–এখানে দাঁড়ানোর মত জায়গা নেই; মোটরের মেশিন ও পার্টসের দোকানপাট খোলা থাকলে তবু না হয় দাঁড়ানো যেত, সেই সুযোগও আজ দেখছে না। ধুর, ভিজেই তো গেলাম, বলে সে পাশ ফিরে তাকায়, তখনই মেয়েটিকে দেখে ইরফান।

এই যে ভাই, আসুন।

ইরফান পাশ ফিরে তাকায়, চেনা কাউকে দেখে না। আর-একবার যখন মেয়েলি ডাকটি আসে, সে বুঝতে পারে, রিকসায় বসা মেয়েটি তাকেই ডাকছে।

মেয়েটি, নীতু যার নাম, বলে–আমি মগবাজারে যাব। আপনি ইচ্ছে করলে আমার সঙ্গে যেতে পারেন।

খানিক দ্বিধা করে সে। তবে সময় নষ্ট না-করে রিকসায় উঠে বসে এবং রিকসাওয়ালা টান দেয়।

মেয়েটি বলে, আপনি সহজ হয়ে বসুন।

ইরফান জি, বলে একবার গলা খাকারি দেয়।

মেয়েটি চেনা মানুষের মত তাকায়। বলে, দুজন পুরুষ যদি রিকসায় শেয়ারে যেতে পারে, একজন মেয়ের সঙ্গে পুরুষও যেতে পারে। এখানে তো রোজই যায়, দেখি। এই বৃষ্টিদিনে রিকসা পাওয়াও কঠিন।

ইরফান লজ্জিতভাবে হাসে।

মেয়েটি বলে, মগবাজার পর্যন্ত ভাড়া বিশ টাকা। আমি দশ টাকা দেব, আপনি দেবেন দশ।

বৃষ্টি থেকে বাঁচতে রিকসার হুড তুলে দেওয়া হয়েছে। ফলে মেয়েটির শরীরের সঙ্গে সেঁটে থাকতে হয় ইরফানকে। তা নিয়ে মেয়েটির কোনোরকম সঙ্কোচ নেই।

ইরফান মৃদু গলায় বলে, সাধারণত আমি একাই যাই। রিকসা না পেলে শেয়ারেও এসেছি কখনো। কোনো মেয়ের সঙ্গে এই প্রথম।

মেয়েটি বলে, আমার নাম নীতু। রেললাইনের ওপাশে কাঁচাবাজারের দিকে থাকি।

কথায় একটু বিরতি দেয় নীতু। পরে বলে, ঢাকা শহরে নিয়ম বলে কিছু আছে নাকি?

বৃষ্টির কারণে রাস্তা ফাঁকা। রিকসা মগবাজার এলে নীতু বলে, মামা, ভাড়া বাড়িয়ে দেব। আপনি রেলগেটের কাছে নামিয়ে দেন।

কথায় এতটুকু আঞ্চলিক টান নেই। ইরফান বুঝতে পারে না, মেয়েটি কোন এলাকার। তার নিজের গন্তব্যও রেলগেটের কাছেই। ইরফান বলে, ভাই, ব্রিজের তলাটা দ্রুত পার হয়ে যাও। জোরে টানো।

নীতু প্রশ্নচোখে তাকায়। ইরফান বলে, বলা তো যায় না, নিচ দিয়ে পারাপারের সময় যদি ফাইওভার ভেঙে পড়ে।

দন্ত বিকশিত করে নীতু হা হা করে হেসে ওঠে–ভাঙার আর সময় পেল না ব্রিজটা।

রেলগেট পেরিয়ে রিকসা থামে। পার্স খুলতে খুলতে নীতু বলে, আপনি দশ টাকাই দিন। বাকি পনের টাকা আমি দিচ্ছি।

ইরফান মাথা দোলায়, ঠিক আছে।

বৃষ্টিটা ধরে আসতে চায়। নীতু বলে, সরি, আমার ব্যাগে কোনো ভাংতি নেই। মামা, পাঁচশ টাকা ভাংতি হবে? রিকসাওয়ালা ব্যাজার মুখে তাকায়। মানে ভাংতি নেই।

ইরফান বলে, আমার কাছে ভাংতি আছে। পুরোটা আমি দিচ্ছি।

নীতু খুব আপত্তি করে।

ইরফান বলে, দেখুন, এই বৃষ্টির মধ্যে আর কষ্ট করার দরকার নেই। আবার কখনো দেখা হলে–

নীতু তেরচা চোখে তাকায়।

না, যদি দেখা হয় আর কি, শোধ দিয়েন কেমন।

নীতু এবার লাজুক চোখে তাকায়। মিষ্টি করে হাসে। চলে যায়।

বৃষ্টি এড়াতে পরের পথটুকু প্রায় দৌড়ে বাসায় ঢোকে ইরফান।

বাসায় ফিরে কাপড় বদলে সে স্নানঘরে ঢুকে পড়ে। বেরিয়েই দেখে ফোন বাজছে। গ্রাম থেকে মা ফোন করেছে। নীতুর কথা একদমই সে ভুলে যায়। এ শহর অনেককিছুই ভুলিয়ে দেয়। ভুলিয়ে রাখে।

তারপর অনেকদিন কেটে যায়। দিনযাপনের নিয়তিরেখায় নীতুর কথা মনেও থাকে না ইরফানের। এরমধ্যে একদিন আচমকা ওর দাদি মারা যায়। খবর পেয়েও শেষবারের মতো ওঁকে দেখতে সে বাড়ি যায় না। ভেতরে ভেতরে পুড়তে থাকে, নীরবে। কয়েকটা দিন বিষণ্ন-ঘোরে কাটে তার।

এক ছুটির দিনের বিকেল। শাহবাগ থেকে সন্ধ্যায় বাসায় ফেরে ইরফান। মগবাজারে রেলক্রসিংয়ের কারণে তাকে থামতে হয়। ট্রেন আসছে। মানুষ-রিকসা-গাড়ি থেমে আছে নিরুত্তাপ। হঠাৎ দেখে, সেই মেয়েটি। রিকসা থেকে নামছে। সে অবাক হয় না, তবে খুশী হয়। খুশীর আভাটা তার মুখে ছড়িয়ে পড়ে।

ইরফান কাছে গিয়ে কুশল জিজ্ঞেস করে–কেমন আছেন?

নীতু প্রথমে চোখ পিটপিট করে। পরে উচ্ছ্বসিত হয়–ভালো। আপনি?

খারাপ থেকে লাভ কী?

ট্রেন চলে যাওয়ার পর রাস্তা আলগা হয়ে আসে। ওরা ফাঁকা জায়গায় দাঁড়ায়।

নীতুর মুখে আজ কথা কম। হাসিও তেমন দীর্ঘ হয় না।

ওর কি মন খারাপ কোনো কারণে–ভাবে ইরফান। কিন্তু সে-কথা আর জিজ্ঞেস করে না।

একটু ঝামেলায় আছি। মা খুব অসুস্থ। আজ যাই, কেমন।

ইরফান বলে, আচ্ছা।

একদিন আপনার সঙ্গে চা খাব।

ইরফান হেসে সায় দেয়।

নীতু আর দেরি করে না, চলে যায়।

ঢাকা শহর খুব ছোট; কিংবা এতটা বড় নয় যে, একবার দেখা হলে আর কোনোদিন তার মুখটা দেখা যাবে না। পরে তাদের এখানে দেখা হয়। কিংবা ওখানে। টুকরো কথা হয়। কিন্তু কোনো সম্পর্ক বা বোঝাপড়ার অবকাশ তাতে গড়ে ওঠে না।

একদিন, এরফান মগবাজারে রেলগেটের কাছে যে দোকানে নিয়মিত ডাব খায়, সেখানে দাঁড়িয়ে আছে। হঠাৎ পিঠে কেউ টোকা দেয়। সে তাকিয়ে দেখে নীতু। ইরফান ওকে ডাব খাওয়ার আমন্ত্রণ জানায়। নীতু আপত্তি করে। বলে, না, চলুন, আজ কোথাও একটু বসি। চা খাব আপনার সঙ্গে।

রেলগেট পেছনে ফেলে ওরা চা খেতে একটা ভালো রেস্টুরেন্টের খোঁজে সামনে এগোয়।

নীতু বলে, চলুন, নালন্দা ফুডে বসি।

রেস্টুরেন্টটি তিন তলায়। নতুন হয়েছে। পথে যেতে চোখে পড়লেও ইরফান কখনো ঢোকেনি। এখানে চা-কফি এবং ফাস্টফুড আইটেম পাওয়া যায়।

আসুন, বলে একসঙ্গে উঠতে শুরু করলেও নীতুই সামনে এগিয়ে যায়। সে নিজে যেহেতু অফার করেছে, তাই সিঁড়ি বেয়ে আগে আগে উঠতে থাকে।

ইরফানের প্যান্টের পকেটে ভাইব্রেশন হয়। ফোনটা বের করতে পকেটে হাত রেখে সে একটু দাঁড়ায়। নীতুর উপরে ওঠার দিকে তাকিয়ে তার চোখ স্থির ও চঞ্চল হয়ে ওঠে। হার্টবিট বেড়ে যায়। চোখ দুটোও কি ছোট হয়ে আসে? সে নীতুকে অনুসরণ করে সিঁড়ি ভেঙে উঠতে থাকে। নীতু আগে, ইরফান পেছনে। নিজের ভেতরে অচেনা এক ধরনের অনুভ‚তি টের পায়। মনে হয়, তাকে যেতে হচ্ছে না। অলৌকিক কোনো টান তাকে উপরে টেনে নিয়ে যাচ্ছে। ইরফানের চোখের সামনে নীতুর সুডৌল নিতম্ব। নীতুর খোলা চুল উড়ছে। দুলছে। তার শরীরও দুলছে। তারচেয়ে কয়েকগুণ বেশি আবেদন নিয়ে তার নিতম্ব দুলে দুলে উপরে উঠছে। আগে কখনো এভাবে তাকে খেয়াল করেনি সে। পাতলা একটা মেয়ে। শ্যামলা। পোষাকেও উগ্রতা নেই। কিন্তু…। ইরফানের মনে হতে থাকে, এই যে সিঁড়ি বেয়ে সে উপরে উঠছে, তিন তলা নয়, সে ত্রিশ তলায়ও উঠে যেতে পারবে। পুরুষের কাছে নারীর বসম্পদ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ; কিন্তু বুকের চেয়েও বেশি আকর্ষণ যে এভাবে তার চোখে ধরা দিল, পূর্বের থিউরিটা সে ভুলে যায়। তার কেবলই মনে হতে থাকে, মেয়েদের সমস্ত শোভা তো নিতম্বে।

রেস্টুরেন্টে কোনার দিকের একটা টেবিলে ওরা বসে। কিছু সময় নীরবে বয়ে যায়।

নীতু বলে, চায়ের সঙ্গে আর কী খাবেন?

মাথা ঝাঁকিয়ে ইরফান সোজা হয়ে বসে। হ্যাঁ, খাওয়া যায়।

মেনু দেখে পছন্দ করুন। ইরফান মেনু দেখার ছলে মৃদু হাসে। টুকটাক কথা হয়। কথা ও আলাপ। চোখাচোখি হয়। কথার পিঠে কথা। আরো কথা। একটি কথা আর একটি কথার দিকে এগিয়ে যায়। দুজনের সম্মতিতে স্যুপের বাটি চলে আসে। স্যুপ ফুরিয়ে এলে সর পড়া দুধের চা আসে। চা খেতে খেতে ইরফান হাত কচলায়। বলে, একটা কথা জানার ছিল আমার।

বেশ তো, বলুন।

সেই বৃষ্টিভেজা সন্ধ্যায় আমাকে ডেকে আপনার রিকসায় নিলেন, আমি তো খারাপ লোকও হতে পারতাম।

নীতু সরাসরি ইরফানের চোখে তাকায়, বলে, না, পারতেন না।

কেন?

না, এমনি।

আরে বলেন, জেনে রাখি।

খেয়াল করে দেখলে, পুরুষের চোখ দেখে মেয়েরা বলে দিতে পারে, মানুষটা কী চায় এবং কেমন হতে পারে।

আপনি কি চোখের ভাষা বোঝেন?

নীতু সে কথার জবাব দেয় না। বলে, শুনুন, আজকের বিলটা কিন্তু আমি দেব।

খুচরা আছে তো?

হা হা করে দুজন হেসে ওঠে।

তা ইরফান সাহেব, ভাবি কী করেন?

ভালোই তো চলছে। এরমধ্যে আবার ভাবি কেন?

নেই?

জানি না।

আহা, সঙ্গী না থাকলে জীবন পূর্ণ হয় নাকি?

এটা আপেকি বিষয়।

বুঝলাম। এতদিনেও বিয়ে করেননি যে?

ইরফান প্রসঙ্গটা এড়িয়ে যাওয়ার বাহানায় বলে, সে অনেক কথা।

দু একটা শুনি।

ঢাকা মানুষের স্বপ্নের শহর, স্বপ্নভঙ্গেরও কি নয়?

নীতু মুখটা এগিয়ে নিয়ে এসে বলে, এই শহর কি আপনার স্বপ্ন ভেঙে দিয়েছে?

সেটা অন্য গল্প।

অন্য গল্পটাই বলুন।

আমাদের কথা হচ্ছিল বিয়ে নিয়ে…

হুম। বিয়ের গল্পটাই বলুন।

কার বিয়ে? আমি তো বিয়ে করিনি।

বিয়ে কেন করলেন না, সেই গল্পটাই বলুন!

বিয়ে নিয়ে দারুণ একটা মন্তব্য পড়েছিলাম…

কী মন্তব্য?

মানুষের একটা বয়স আছে, যখন সে চিন্তাভাবনা না করেও বিয়ে করতে পারে। সেই বয়স পেরিয়ে গেলে বিয়ে করতে দুঃসাহসিকতার দরকার হয়।

আপনারও তাহলে সেই অবস্থা, না?

হা হা হা… দুজনে আবারও হেসে ওঠে।

স্যার, আর কিছু লাগবে? বেয়ারা এসে টেবিলের পাশে দাঁড়ায়।

না। বিলটা নিয়ে আসুন। নীতু বলে।

বিল মিটিয়ে ওরা নিচে নেমে আসে।

কয়েকদিন পর, সকালে অফিসে বেরোবার মুখে একটা ফোন আসে অচেনা নম্বর থেকে।

…দাদা, আমি কুসুম। বড় বিপদে পড়েছি। মার শরীর খুব খারাপ। এখন আইসিইউতে আছে। আমি একা দিশেহারা বোধ করছি। এমারজেন্সি কিছু টেস্ট করাতে হবে। অপারেশনও লাগতে পারে। মাসের শেষ, হাতে কোনো টাকাও নেই। এখুনি হাজার দশেক টাকা লাগবে। আপনি যদি একটু হেল্প করতেন। আমি স্যালারি পেয়ে দিয়ে দেব।

একটানা কথাগুলো বলে থামে কুসুম।

ইরফান বিচলিত বোধ করে। বলে, টেনশন করেন না। আমি অফিসে বেরুচ্ছি। দেখি কী করা যায়।

দুুপুরে কুসুমকে ফোন করে ইরফান। ফোন অফ। একটু চিন্তা হয় তার।

দুইদিন কুসুমের নম্বর খোলা পাওয়া যায়, কিন্তু কেউ ফোন রিসিভ করে না।

সন্ধ্যায় ডাবের দোকানের সামনে দাঁড়াতেই মনির চাচা বলে, মেয়েডা তোর কে হয়?

ইরফান অবাক, কোন মেয়ে?

ওই যে রিকসায় দেখলাম।

ধুর, কী বলেন। সেই কবে একদিন।

ভালো। কিন্তু সাবধান।

কেন, কী হয়েছে?

তুই যে ডাব খাস, পানিটা খেয়ে ফেললে ভেতরে আর কিছু থাকে?

না।

মেয়েটা কিন্তু সেয়ানা।

ইরফান থতমত খায়–কী সব বলছেন?

আমার বলার কথা বললাম, পরে বুঝবি।

ধুর, তোমার ডাবই খাব না।

আরে ডাবটা তো খেয়ে যা।

সে আর পিছনে ফেরে না।

কেমন খটকা লাগে। লোকটা কেন তাকে এসব কথা বলল? ভেতরে খুব অস্বস্তি হতে থাকে ইরফানের। কিছুতেই খটকাটা যায় না।

মাঝে মাঝে জীবনটাকে চাকরির মতো লাগে। ছকে বাঁধা রুটিন। প্রতিদিন। একঘেয়েমীপূর্ণ। এই শহরে জীবনের মানে বদলে যায়, প্রতিদিন। মানুষও বদলায়। হয়ত বদলায় না। বদলায় শুধু যাপনের মানচিত্র। বাসার সিঁড়িতে উঠতে উঠতে কথাগুলো মনে আসে ইরফানের। তখন ওর মুঠোফোনে একটা টেক্সট আসে। তাতে লেখা–‘দাদা, টাকা লাগবে না। মা মারা গেছে।’

সে থমকে দাঁড়ায় এবং হতবিহ্বল হয়ে পড়ে।

খানিকটা নষ্টালজিয়া-কাতর ধরনের মানুষ ইরফান। গল্পের এই ঘটনাপ্রবাহ বাস্তবেই ঘটেছিল কিনা, সে মনে করতে পারে না। মিথ্যা ঘটনা বলেও এটাকে চালিয়ে দেওয়ার সুযোগ সে নেয় না। এক সকালে ময়লা জামাকাপড় সার্ফএক্সেলে ডোবাতে গিয়ে সে বাসি বেলী ফুলের ঘ্রাণ পায়, সন্দিগ্ধ চোখে আতিপাতি হাতড়ায় এবং ঠিকই সে বেলী ফুলের একটা মালা আবিষ্কার করে, বুকপকেটে। মনে পড়ে, গত রাতে কেউ একজন উপহার দিয়েছিল। কিন্তু এখন, যে গল্পের সড়কদ্বীপে সে ডুবে যাচ্ছে, পাড়ে দাঁড়িয়ে গল্পের সত্যমিথ্যা সন্দিহান চোখে তাকিয়ে আছে, এর রহস্য নিয়ে তার সংশয় কিছুতেই কাটে না।

টেবিলের উপর ইরফানের মুঠোফোন বেজে ওঠে।

কে ফোন করতে পারে– ভেবে সে নিশ্চুপ বসে থাকে রিংটোনটি আবার বেজে ওঠার অপোয়।

Beware of scammers as well, I have found quite a bit of them on this whose profiles seemed to be processed quickly since their information is available. A great first step to any review is a brief comparison between the best option out there (AFF) and Flirt.

    Our Recommendation
    In all honesty, Flirt.com disappoints on almost every front except usability.
